Our group is based at House Number 27 in Loni Bk, which is part of the Vaijapur area in Aurangabad. We are Kiranavhalepatil Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited. The office is at Surekha Ashok Engale’s place. It’s a real grassroots operation. Most of the people involved are neighbors and relatives who have been farming these lands for generations. We realized that by forming this company, we could manage our agritech needs much better than we could on our own. It is not a big corporate building, just a regular house where we handle our business. We talk about seeds, crops, and where to sell things. It is very straightforward. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just try to get the work done as efficiently as we can. Sometimes we have meetings on the porch or out in the fields.
