Kiran Export

You can find us at Ganga Savera. It is a place that feels familiar to us after all this time. We handle exports here and it is mostly about keeping track of what goes where. The building has its own rhythm and we are just one part of it. Some days are much slower than others, but then suddenly everything happens at once. We don't have a big team or anything, just enough people to handle the daily tasks. There’s a window that looks out onto the street and sometimes we just watch the people walking by when we need a break from the computer screens. The desks are a bit old and the chairs squeak if you move the wrong way, but they work fine for us. We handle a lot of different items and every day brings a different kind of shipment to think about. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing; we just talk across the room if something needs doing. It is practical and straightforward. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to hear ourselves over the roof, but we just keep typing. Everything is organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We just focus on getting the exports out of the door without making a big fuss about it. The commute can be a bit long in the mornings, but we like the area well enough to stay.
