If you are looking for Khushi Gift & Toys, you have to find your way into Appaji Rao Lane at 1147. It is right near the M B T Street cross in Raviwar Peth. This part of the city is like a maze and the lanes are very narrow. Our shop is small and usually overflowing with toys. We have dolls, cars, board games, and all sorts of colorful things hanging from the ceiling. It gets very crowded when a few people come in at once. Kids usually get very excited and start touching everything, which keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time putting things back in their boxes. The light isn't the best in the lane, but we have a couple of bright bulbs inside. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. People who used to come here as children now bring their own kids. It makes us feel old but it’s nice to see. We don’t have a computer system to track things. We just know what we have by looking at the shelves. Sometimes we run out of the popular stuff and have to wait for the next delivery. The street outside is always full of people and noise. It’s a bit chaotic but that’s just how Raviwar Peth is. We like being in the middle of it all, even if it’s a bit cramped.
