Khulatabad Agrobuild Farmers Producercompany Limited is based out of Maruti Nagar. Our specific spot is S No 192, Plot No 15 in the Ekya Housing Society. It might seem a bit quiet for a farm company because we are in a housing society area, but it works for us. We needed a place to handle the building and agro side of things without being too far from where people live. Most of our days are spent talking to farmers and looking at how we can get better materials for building or farming needs. We aren't a massive company with a shiny glass building. It’s just a room with some desks and a lot of papers. We started this because we saw that people around here needed a better way to organize. Sometimes the meetings go on for a long time, especially when we are figuring out the logistics for the next season. Being in Khulatabad gives us a good central point to reach out to the nearby lands. We try to keep things simple. There isn't any complicated management structure here. If there is a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it's fixed. People know where Plot No 15 is, so they just drop in when they have something to discuss. It feels more like a community effort than a business most of the time. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, hoping the next year is better than the last.
