Our office is over at B1 304 Acolade Kharadi. It’s a pretty standard building, and we’ve been here at E Mart Exim Pvt. Ltd. for a bit now. Kharadi is growing fast, so there’s always construction noise or new shops opening up nearby. We deal with the export and import side of things. It's mostly just sitting at computers and making sure the logistics don't fall apart. Some days are quieter than others. When a big shipment is due, everyone is a bit on edge, making sure the documents are all lined up. We don't have a giant staff or anything like that. It’s a handful of us making sure things get to where they need to go. You spend a lot of time waiting for replies from people in different time zones. Sometimes you’re here late because of a delay. The office has a few plants that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them sometimes. E Mart Exim Pvt. Ltd. is just our way of staying involved in the trade market. It's practical work. No one wears a suit unless there’s a really specific reason. We just wear what's comfortable and get through the list of tasks for the day. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the location in Acolade works out fine for the business. There's a tea stall around the corner where we usually take our breaks when the weather is nice.
