If you walk into our place on Nagar Road in Khandve Nagar, the first thing you’ll notice is the heavy smell of wood and glue. We’ve been making tables, chairs, and cupboards here for a long time now. It’s a dusty job, and most of us end the day with sawdust in our hair and on our clothes. We don't have a massive showroom with bright lights and air conditioning. Instead, you’ll see half-finished frames and planks of raw wood leaning against the walls. We take our time with the joints and the sanding because that’s what makes a piece of furniture last for years. Sometimes a customer comes in with a rough drawing on a piece of scrap paper, and we try our best to make it real for them. It’s not always perfect right away, and sometimes we have to adjust things as we go along. We use basic tools mostly, along with a few older machines that have seen better days but still work just fine for our needs. People around Khandve Nagar know us as the guys who are always busy in the back of the shop. We don’t do much advertising because word of mouth from neighbors keeps us going month after month. It’s hard work on the back and the hands, but seeing a finished wardrobe loaded onto a truck makes it feel worth it. We aren't interested in that mass-produced stuff you find in big malls. We just like working with wood and making something useful for someone’s home.
