Keshori Kisan Samruddhi Producer Companylimited is located in Kaneri, which is in the Arjuni/Mor area of Gondia. We use the place belonging to Prakash Parasuram Gahane as our home base. Out here in Gondia, we’re surrounded by nature and a lot of farms, so it made sense for us to start a company that supports what we all do. We are just a group of local farmers who wanted to work together instead of competing all the time. Our daily life involves a lot of muddy boots and long hours in the sun. When we meet up at the company office, it’s usually to figure out the logistics of our harvest or to talk about what crops we should focus on next. We aren't big-time executives; we're just people who know how to grow things. The work is steady but often difficult, depending on what the weather decides to do. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just the basics to keep our records straight. Most of our real work happens outside anyway. We care about our community in Kaneri and want to make sure the farmers here get a fair deal for all their hard work. It’s a simple way of living and a simple way of doing business. We just take things as they come and try to help each other out whenever we can.
