Keshar Plasters

Our place, Keshar Plasters, is located at E-58 in the Commercial Plot area near Panan Mandal. Being right near the Market Yard means there is constant activity from sunrise to sunset. You can hear the sounds of the market and the heavy vehicles all day long. We deal with plaster, so things can get a bit dusty around the office and the warehouse. It’s a practical kind of job and not very glamorous. We spend most of our time making sure the bags are stacked right and the orders are ready for whoever comes to pick them up. The office is small and mostly filled with ledgers and old wooden chairs. We don’t really go for anything stylish or modern. It’s about the work itself and getting the orders out. Most of the guys here have been with us for many years, so we just know the routine without having to talk about it much. When a truck pulls up, everyone knows exactly what to do. The weather gets very hot in the afternoons, and the tea guy comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight of the day for everyone. We stay focused on the orders. It’s a simple life in a busy part of town. Sometimes the traffic in the market area makes things move slow, but that’s just how it is. We don't try to change the way things are done if they already work. It’s just us, the plaster, and the daily grind.
