Kenersys

Kenersys is located at B - 15/1 in Baramati. This is where we handle our operations, mostly dealing with wind energy components and related engineering. Baramati is an area that has grown a lot, and being in this industrial patch means we are surrounded by other manufacturing plants. Our facility is a large shed where we do a lot of the heavy lifting. There is always the sound of cranes or tools in the background. It is a very technical environment, but at the end of the day, it’s just a lot of hard work. We have engineers and technicians who spend their time looking at blueprints and checking the assembly of large parts. It’s not the kind of job you can do without getting your hands dirty. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. It is a functional space meant for building things. Sometimes the weather in Baramati makes the shop floor feel like an oven, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. We focus on the daily production targets and making sure the components are built to the specs we were given. It is a lot of routine. We check the parts, we pack them up, and we move them out. We are just a group of people in an industrial unit doing our part in the energy sector. We don't need to make it sound more complicated than it is. It’s just work we do every day.
