You can find us at Kelly Services over in Pimpri, specifically in Sharda Apartment. We’re on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in off Dairy Farm Road. Pimpri is a busy area with a lot of people moving around for work, so being in this spot makes sense. We’re a small team here, mostly focused on helping people find jobs and helping companies find the right staff. It’s a lot of talking to people from all walks of life. The office is a bit plain, just some desks and chairs and a lot of folders. We don't have a big corporate lobby with fancy lights. It’s more of a practical place where we sit down and go through applications. Some days we have a lot of people coming in for interviews, and it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area. We try to keep things moving so no one is waiting too long. Dairy Farm Road can get pretty noisy with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in this ground floor space for a while and most of the neighbors know who we are. It’s straightforward work. We don't use any complicated jargon. We just listen to what someone needs and see if we can help them out. It's a busy life but we like it. The floor tiles are a bit worn out from all the people walking in and out, but it shows we’re busy.
