We've been at the 'Aseem' apartments for a good while now. It's on the third floor, specifically flat number six, right behind the Neelayam Talkies in Sadashiv Peth. If you know Pune, you know this area is always busy. Finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it's home for us. Kelly Services India has been operating out of this spot, and the office has a very lived-in feel. It’s not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We just have our desks and chairs and the usual office stuff. The climb up to the third floor is part of the daily routine. Most of the people around here are locals who’ve been in the neighborhood for years. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. It gets a bit noisy when a movie lets out at the talkies nearby, but we’re used to it. The tea stall around the corner is where most of our breaks happen. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. People just come in and we get to talking about whatever needs doing. It’s a straightforward place. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve stayed in Sadashiv Peth because it’s central and everyone knows the landmarks. It feels right being here in the middle of everything.
