Keje thermoweld equipments pvt ltd is based at T-105 in the MIDC area of Bhosari, Pune. Bhosari is a huge industrial hub, and we are right in the middle of it. Our place is more of a factory than an office. We spend our days manufacturing welding equipment, so there is a lot of heat, sparks, and heavy lifting involved. The workshop floor is where most of us spend our time. It’s loud and can get quite messy with all the metal scraps and tools lying around. We have a small office section in the front for the paperwork, but it’s mostly used for storing invoices and drinking tea. Our crew is made up of people who have been doing this for a long time. We don't really go for fancy office decor or polished floors. We care more about whether the machines we build are working the way they should. The air in MIDC is always thick with the smell of industry, and we’ve grown used to it over the years. We eat our lunch together on a few wooden benches out back. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We aren't interested in corporate jargon or long meetings. We just want to build our equipment and get it out the door to the people who are waiting for it.
