Kcs Management Group is based in Dombivli East. Our office is D-104 in the Sai Kamal Chhaya building. It’s located in Samarth Nagar, which is a pretty decent neighborhood. Nandivli is right there too. We handle management tasks from this small office. It’s a ground-floor or first-floor kind of vibe where you can see the street from the door. We have a few desks and a lot of storage for documents and folders. Management work involves a lot of coordinating, so the phone is usually ringing or someone is sending a message. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things organized. The Sai Kamal Chhaya building is easy to find if you know the area. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons on paperwork. Dombivli can be crowded, so we appreciate the quiet of Samarth Nagar. We don't have any big flashy signs on the outside. Most of our furniture is stuff we’ve had for years. It’s comfortable and it gets the job done. We don't use any high-tech gadgets besides the usual computers. It’s just about being practical and staying on top of the schedule. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the news. It’s a very human way to work. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just run our management group from this corner.
