We are based out of House Number 279 in the Dhulwad area of Sinnar. It is right near the Maruti Mandir, so most people around here know exactly where to find us. This place is in Nashik, and the farming community here is quite busy all year round. We started Kashai Prasan Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited because we wanted a way for the local farmers to get things done without having to travel too far or deal with too many middle people. It is just a group of us from the village. Sometimes the weather is good and sometimes it is not, but that is how farming goes in Maharashtra. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds and what to plant next. The office is not anything fancy. It is just a practical spot where we meet up and sort out the paperwork for the crops. Living in Sinnar means you are always thinking about the rain and the soil. We have seen a lot of changes in the way people farm around here over the last few years. Some younger folks are staying back to work the land instead of moving to the big cities, which is nice to see. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. If you are ever near the Maruti Mandir in Dhulwad, you will probably see one of us around. It is a quiet life but we stay occupied with the fields.
