We have been based at Shivanand Apartment for quite some time now. Our office is number 9, and most people find us by looking for Panchali Sweets since we are right near it. Being in the Karve Nagar area, especially close to Cummins Engineering College, means there is always a lot of movement and noise around. We are an engineering company, and our daily life involves a lot of technical drawings, talking to suppliers, and managing various projects. It is not a shiny corporate office with a big lobby. It is just a regular place where we sit down and get our work done. The space is a bit tight sometimes with all the files and equipment, but it serves us well. We do not really go in for fancy marketing or big speeches about what we do. We just show up every morning, check our schedules, and try to make sure everything is on track. Sometimes the traffic in Karve Nagar makes us late, but that is just part of living here. The staff is local, and we have a pretty simple way of doing things. If you walk in, you will likely see someone arguing over a blueprint or drinking tea while looking at a computer screen. It is a practical, honest workplace. We have stayed here because it is a familiar spot and it works for us and our clients. There is no corporate gloss here, just engineering work.
