Being on the main road means there is always some noise from the trucks and people passing by. It is a busy spot. We are a farmer company, but we don't have a corporate feel at all. We just wanted to gather the local farmers together and see if we could manage our crops better. Seema Yadav Shahapure helps keep things running at the location. It is not a very big setup, just enough room for us to sit and go over our plans for the season. We deal with whatever crops are growing in the Loha area. Some years are good, some are not, that is just how farming goes. We don't have a mission or a fancy philosophy. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the produce gets sold. People around here know us as their neighbors. We use simple English because that is all we need. There is no point in trying to sound like a big company from Mumbai when we are sitting here in Loha. It is honest, hard work and that is what we do every day. Nothing more to it, just keeping the records and talking to the people who grow the food. It is just life.
