Karan Art & Atharv Cards

Karan Art & Atharv Cards has been sitting here in Dhayari for quite some time now. You can find us pretty easily since we are right near the Abhiruchi Police Chowki. It’s a busy spot, but we like it. Most of what we do involves printing invitation cards and small art jobs that people in the neighborhood need. Usually, families come in when there is a wedding or a big function at home. We sit down, look at some paper samples, and talk about what they want for their event. It’s not a fast process because people like to take their time choosing colors and fonts. The machines make a bit of noise in the back of the shop, but that’s just how it is. Sometimes we have a lot of orders at once and the place gets a bit crowded with boxes and stacks of paper. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s just a local shop where we try to get the names and dates right on every card. Mistakes happen occasionally in this trade, so we check things twice before the final run. We grew up around this area, so we know most of the people who walk through the door. If you’re passing the police station, you’ll see our sign. We keep the doors open through the afternoon heat. It’s decent work and we enjoy seeing the finished cards stacked up ready to go.
