We are based in Viman Nagar, at Nandbhavan Estate, C 102 47. It’s a decent area of Pune that has grown a lot since we first set up here. Our work as project managers means we spend a lot of time on our computers and phones. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or explaining something over a call. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have stacks of papers and blueprints lying around, and the coffee machine is probably the most important thing in the room. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If someone comes by, they usually just walk in and we find a chair for them. We like keeping things direct and simple. Managing projects is mostly about solving problems as they come up, and that’s what we do every day. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help get things built or organized. Viman Nagar is a convenient spot for us because it’s close to a lot of other businesses. We’ve been in this estate for a while and have a good relationship with the other folks nearby. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to do a good job. We don’t make things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve got going, and it suits our small team just fine.
