We are located at Flat No 204 in Shishir Society, which is over in Happy Colony near Dhanukar Circle in Kothrud, Pune. It’s a nice, quiet residential spot, which is a bit different from the usual commercial areas. We’ve been operating Kalyani Infotech Solutions Ltd Pune from this flat for a while now. Because we’re in a society, it’s a very informal and relaxed environment. Most of our clients call us before they come over. Kothrud is a great area with everything nearby, which makes it easy to run things. We spend most of our time at our desks, working on various IT projects or troubleshooting software for people. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. It’s just a normal flat where we do our tech work. We try to be as direct as possible with everyone. If a job is going to take a long time, we just say so. We don't like to overcomplicate things with technical talk that doesn't make sense. It’s mostly just us working hard to keep things moving. We’ve been in this society long enough that the guards and neighbors all know us. It’s a good way to work, being part of a community like this. We don’t do any big promotions. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back next time they have a problem.
