We've been around Gat. No. 672 on Pimpalgaon Vani Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Niphad where the local farmers gather. Life here is mostly about the seasons and what's growing in the fields. We started this group because it felt right to work together instead of everyone trying to figure things out alone. Most days you’ll find us talking about the rain or the price of supplies. It isn't a fancy office, just a place where we get things done. Sometimes the internet is slow or the dust from the road gets everywhere, but that’s just how it is. People come by to ask questions or just to see what’s happening. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and try to make sure everyone gets a fair deal. It’s hard work, especially when the weather doesn't play along, but we’re used to it. The team is just local folks who know the land. We don't have big meetings with slides, usually just a chat over some tea. It's been a learning process for all of us, finding out how to run a proper company while still being farmers first. We're just trying to keep the community going and make things a bit easier for the next season. It’s simple, honest work out here in Niphad and we wouldn't have it any other way. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just some maps on the wall.
