You can find us at the Kadale-Patil Agro Ventures Limited Liability Partnership over in Khadki. We’re located in Shri Vinayak Residency, specifically in flats 103 and 104. We chose this spot because it’s near Santosh Nagar and the TTN College, so there’s always a lot of energy around. Being in a residential building means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we try not to make too much noise. The office is basically just two flats joined by the work we do. It’s full of desks, chairs, and piles of documents about different agricultural ventures. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting in meetings that probably go on a bit too long. Khadki is a good base for us because it’s easy to get to other parts of the city from here. We don't have any corporate decorators, so the walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and maps. We started this because we had some ideas about how to handle agro ventures more practically. It’s been a learning curve for all of us. There are days when everything goes wrong and days when things are smooth. We don't pretend to have all the answers. We just show up every morning and try to get through the to-do list. It’s a bit of a jumble sometimes, but we know where everything is. That’s just how we operate.
