K P Shaji

Our small business, K P Shaji, is located at 110 Hadapsar. We’ve been here in this part of Pune for a while. It’s a busy area with a lot of movement, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our space is pretty basic. We have some storage in the back and a small front area where we deal with people. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy furniture or air conditioning in every corner. We mostly focus on getting our work done and making sure things are sorted for our customers. A lot of our day involves managing local logistics and making sure people get what they need. We don't have a huge staff. It’s just a few of us who know the ropes. We’ve learned everything by doing it ourselves over the years. Some days are long, especially when there are a lot of deliveries or pickups to manage. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. Hadapsar has grown a lot since we first started at 110, but our way of doing things hasn't changed much. We focus on being direct and not wasting time. If we can help you, we will. If we can't, we'll tell you who might be able to. It’s a simple way to run things, but it has served us well. The building is old and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it's home to us. We have a heavy metal shutter that we pull down every evening.
