K K Nag Ltd is located at 393 in the Chinchwad East MIDC area. It’s a large industrial site, far from the residential parts of the city. When you get out here, all you see are big gates and trucks moving materials back and forth. Our facility is a bit older, with those large sliding metal doors that squeak when you open them in the morning. Inside, it’s all about production. We have machines running most of the time, and the sound becomes a kind of background noise we don't even notice anymore. The office part of the building is just a few rooms with old desks and filing cabinets that are overflowing with folders and papers. We don't spend much time making the place look fancy because that’s not what we’re here for. We focus on getting the manufacturing done right. The staff mostly eats together in a small break area where there’s a water cooler and a couple of benches. Chinchwad East is a place where people come to work hard, and we are no different. We deal with suppliers and logistics every single day, trying to make sure everything gets where it needs to go from plot 393. Sometimes the rain leaks through a small spot in the roof, and we just put a bucket under it until we can get someone to fix it. It’s a very practical, no-frills environment. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building shows its age, but the work we do is solid and we stay busy.
