We are located down Lane No 10 on Prabhat Road, right in the heart of Deccan Gymkhana here in Pune. It’s a pretty quiet street most of the time, although it gets a bit busy when the school kids are heading home in the afternoon. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a while now, and the walls are starting to show it a bit, but it feels like home to us. There is a small sign outside so people don't get lost, but most of the locals know where we are anyway. Inside, it's just a few rooms with old wooden benches and some whiteboards that we’ve had forever. We usually start our day around noon, setting things up and making sure the fans are working because it gets quite warm. Sometimes the chai wala from the corner stops by and we take a quick break before things get busy. It isn't a fancy corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down with the students and go through their books. You might hear the birds chirping from the trees outside during the quieter hours. We keep a stack of extra pens and rough paper for anyone who forgets their stuff. The floor is a bit worn out from all the feet walking in and out over the years. We like being part of the 411004 neighborhood. It’s just a simple, local place for anyone who needs to drop by K G Kabra Tutions.
