Down in Hadapsar, near the Mundhwa Road, you’ll find us at Kirtone Baug. K. F. Bioplants is situated right there at S. No. 178. Being in the Magarpatta area means we are surrounded by a lot of growth, but our focus is on the plants themselves. It’s a bit different from the IT companies nearby. We deal with living things, so there’s always a bit of soil around or someone coming in from the greenhouses. The work is very hands-on. Even the office staff ends up knowing a lot about plant varieties and growth cycles. It can get pretty warm in the afternoons, but that’s just Pune weather for you. We have a lot of visitors who are interested in horticulture, so there’s usually someone new walking through the gates. The atmosphere is generally quiet compared to the main road, which is nice. We aren't big on formal meetings; usually, we just chat over tea about what needs to be shipped out next. The logistics of moving delicate plants are tricky, so we have to be careful with the packaging. It’s a lot of coordination between the growers and the delivery guys. Most of the people working here have been with the company for years. It’s a steady rhythm of planting, growing, and moving. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks required to keep the plants healthy and getting them where they need to go.
