K B Gadage

K B Gadage is tucked away in Shivaji Nagar, specifically on P S Lane in Santhusapet. The number 59 is our spot. If you’ve ever been to Santhusapet, you know the lanes are narrow and always crowded with people and carts. It’s a very old part of the city, and our office reflects that. The building has been around for decades, and the stairs are a bit steep and worn down. We don't have much space, but we make the most of what we have. There are files stacked up almost to the ceiling in some corners. It’s the kind of place where you have to move a stack of papers just to find a place to put your tea cup. The noise from the street never really stops, so we’ve gotten used to talking a bit louder over the sound of the crowds outside. It’s a lively place to work, even if it is a bit cramped. We don’t have air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that hum all day long. The light comes in through a small window that faces the lane. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here, and we often chat while we’re closing up for the night. It’s not a polished business district with glass towers, but it’s where we’ve always been. We do our work, talk to the people who stop by, and try to keep everything organized in our own way. It's just a regular local business life here.
