You can find Jyoti Refrigeration Engineers at 451, Samarth School Main Road. It’s a lively street because of the school nearby, so there’s always a lot of traffic and kids around. Our shop is a practical place where we keep all our repair gear and spare parts. We spend our time working on all kinds of cooling machines, from small home fridges to larger units. Most of the day, we are either out on a call or huddled over a motor in the back of the shop. It’s messy work and we usually have grease on our clothes by noon. We’ve been based on this road for quite a while now and the locals know us pretty well. We don't have any receptionists or sales people. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. When the weather gets hot, we are always on the move because that is when everyone’s cooling systems start to fail. We just try to get to the jobs as they come in. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive, which can be a bit frustrating for everyone. But we just keep at it until the machine is humming again. The shop isn't a showroom; it’s a place where things get fixed. We don't use any big words to explain what we do. We just look at the problem, find the fault, and use our tools to get it sorted out for the people nearby.
