You can find us at Shop No 1 in the Olwenode building, which is right in Sector 23. Most people just say we are near the Neel Sagar and the post office, which is easier than remembering the sector number. It’s a small shop, honestly, but it’s enough space for a clinic. There is a bench outside where people wait when it gets crowded inside, especially during the rainy season when everyone seems to have a cough. We have a lot of regular families who have been coming here since their kids were babies. The interior is pretty basic with white walls and a few charts hanging up. I usually keep my tea on the corner of the table, though I should probably find a better spot for it. The post office next door is always busy, so there’s a lot of foot traffic passing by our window. Sometimes we recognize people just by the way they walk past the glass. It isn't a place for major surgeries or anything like that, just a local spot for fevers and small scrapes. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle the files and keep things moving. The light in the back room flickers sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. It feels like a part of the neighborhood, and we like being here. People stop by just to say hello even if they aren't sick.
