Jsk Consultancy operates out of Pune, specifically in the Fatimanagar area. Our office is located at B4/3 in Pleasant Park. It is a residential society, so it is a lot quieter than being right on the main road. This works well for us because consultancy involves a lot of reading, checking figures, and having quiet conversations with our clients. We don't have a big staff or a fancy suite of offices. It is just a few of us working from this ground-floor unit. We have set it up with some desks and a small area where we can sit down and talk. Most of our clients are people from around Pune who have heard about us from their friends or colleagues. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on doing a decent job for whoever walks through the door. Because we are in a housing society, it feels more personal and less like a cold corporate office. Sometimes we have to step out for meetings, so the place might be empty for a bit, but we are usually here during normal business hours. We’ve been at Pleasant Park for a long time and the neighbors know us. It is a simple, no-frills setup that allows us to keep our costs down and just focus on the advice and help we provide. It’s a steady way of working that has suited us perfectly over the years.
