Jr. Architect

If you head over to Nigdi Pradhikaran in Pune, you’ll find our place at Plot No-398 in Sector No. 25. The sign says Jr. Architect, which might sound a bit modest, but that’s just how we like it. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We work out of this plot in a way that feels very local and direct. The office is basically one big room where everything happens. There’s a computer in the corner, a big table in the middle for layouts, and a couple of chairs for whoever stops by. Being in the 411044 area means we are part of a growing community, and we see a lot of changes happening around us every day. Our work isn't about being flashy. We spend a lot of time just drawing lines and checking measurements to make sure things fit where they are supposed to. Sometimes the rain in Pune makes the roof a bit noisy, or the neighbors are doing some construction of their own, but we just work through it. It is a very hands-on type of job. We don’t have a secretary or a marketing team to polish our image. When you call, you just talk to one of us. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps things honest. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the plans right the first time.
