We've been working out of Flat No 6 in the Shruti Apartments for a while now. It's right on Lane No 4 in Happy Colony, which is a pretty quiet part of Kothrud here in Pune. Most days, we're just busy keeping things moving and dealing with whatever comes across the desk. It's a lived-in space, not some fancy glass office you might expect from a big name. The neighbors know us, and we know the tea stall around the corner. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the paperwork, but we manage. People stop by when they need something sorted out regarding property or just to check in on a project. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years, with more traffic and more shops popping up everywhere, but our little corner in Happy Colony stays mostly the same. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It's just a regular apartment converted into a workspace where we get the daily tasks done. If you're looking for us, just find Lane 4 and look for the Shruti building. We are usually there from morning until late evening, depending on how much work is piled up. It's a practical setup that works for what we do. No bells and whistles, just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of files. We try to keep it simple and just focus on the job at hand without making a big fuss about it.
