Our office is located at Mont Vert Viva, which is just off Baner Road here in Pune. We’re actually tucked behind the Green Park Hotel, so if you can find the hotel, you’re pretty much there. Being in Pune-7 is good for us because there’s so much happening in the tech and business world around here. We spend our days helping people look for jobs and helping companies find someone to fill a seat. It’s a lot of looking at resumes and talking to people about what they want to do with their lives. Baner Road has become so packed lately with all the new cafes and offices, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. It’s a busy atmosphere, which is good because it keeps us energized. We don’t have a fancy setup, just a bunch of desks and people on the phone or typing away. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a lot of people show up at once, but we manage to get through it. We aren’t some giant faceless corporation; we’re just a team in an office trying to make sure people can find a way to earn a living. It’s honest work and it feels good when we actually see someone land a position they were hoping for. The traffic on Baner can be a nightmare during rush hour, but we like being where the action is.
