We are over here at Jobsmart Global Services in Pune. Our office is tucked away at B-24 Karan Ashiyana in the Somnathnagar area of Vadgoan Sheri. Most days it is just us working through files and talking to folks about different job openings. It isn't a huge corporate building or anything fancy, just a regular space where we get things done. We have been in this part of Pune for a bit now and it feels like home. The street outside gets pretty busy in the afternoons but we don't mind the noise too much. Sometimes people come by to drop off papers or ask about what we do. We mostly help people find work and deal with some international paperwork. It is a lot of phone calls and typing. The team is small, just a handful of us trying to stay organized. If you are looking for us, look for the Karan Ashiyana building, it is easier to find if you know the landmark. We try to keep things simple and honest. We aren't big on flashy stuff or long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in the neighborhood. It is a quiet way to run a business but it works for us. We've got our computers set up and the coffee is usually on. That is pretty much what we are about here in Vadgoan Sheri.
