Jobs Karma

We’re based in Pune, right across from the Kothrud Stand. If you know F 32 Damodar Villa, that’s exactly where we sit every day. Jobs Karma has been around for quite a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of things change in the area. We handle a lot of different tasks related to local employment. Sometimes we even have people waiting outside on the sidewalk before we even get the keys in the door to open up. It’s a decent area to work in, though parking your scooter can be a real pain near the bus stand. Inside our office, it’s just a few of us working on some old computers. We don’t do anything flashy or special. We just listen to what people are looking for in their next job and see if we can help. Pune has changed so much since we first started this. There are so many new glass buildings and malls now. We’ve stayed in this villa because it’s easy for regular people to find. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through piles of papers. It is honest work for us. Most people who come through our door are just looking for a slightly better chance than they have now. We try to keep things moving along. We don’t promise anything crazy, we just look at the actual listings we have in our files. We are not some big corporate branch.
