Jobs Catalyst, Pune

Jobs Catalyst is located at Plot Number 6 in Ganesh Colony, which is part of the Gananjay Society in Kothrud. If you know Pune, you know Kothrud is always bustling but our specific corner is actually quite okay. We have been here for a while, dealing with all the resumes and job inquiries that come our way. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a regular space where we sit and talk to folks looking for work. We have got some old fans that hum a bit and plenty of chairs for when people come in to chat about their careers. Being in Gananjay Society means we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. Sometimes we grab a snack from the local stalls nearby when the workday gets long. We do a lot of calling and emailing, trying to help people find where they fit. It is mostly just us sitting around the computers, checking listings and talking on the phone. The rain can get pretty heavy in this part of town, making the walk to the office a bit of a mess, but we are always here. We don't really do the whole big corporate speech thing. It is just a small team trying to make sense of the job market for the people who walk through our door in Pune. It’s a bit crowded with files sometimes but we know where everything is and how to get things done without making a big fuss.
