Job Com

Navjivan Circle is always crowded with people and vehicles. Job Com is located right there on M G Road, tucked into the area where Udhna Magdlla Road starts. Our office number is 218. It is not the biggest room in the world, and sometimes when three or four people come in at the same time, it starts to feel a bit cramped for space. We have some older computers that take a minute or two to fully start up in the morning, but they eventually get the job done. The windows look right out onto the main road, so we see all the rickshaws, cars, and buses going by all day long. It is never truly quiet, but that is just how this part of town operates. We have got a few tall cabinets filled with files that probably need a good sorting, though we usually know exactly where every document is kept. Most days are spent talking to local folks who are looking for something new or just asking about what kind of work is currently available. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a kitchen, just a simple electric kettle in the corner. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a few minutes in the afternoon and we just sit there and chat until the power comes back on. It is a very straightforward kind of place. We don't use big fancy words or pretend to be anything we aren't. We just show up every day, open the shutters, and see who needs help.
