Jkms Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at Gala No-84 in Lohgaon. That is in the Paithan taluka of Aurangabad. It is a small space, but it serves our purpose. Paithan is known for many things, but for us, it is just home and where we work the land. We have this small gala where we store some of our stuff and meet up to discuss the business. Most of us are farmers who have been doing this for generations. We realized that if we don't work together, the big traders always win. So, we put our heads together and started this company. It is a lot of work on top of our daily farming duties. Sometimes we are tired and just want to go home, but we know this is important. Aurangabad can be quite hot, and the water is always a concern for us. We talk a lot about irrigation and which crops use less water. The gala is usually full of talk about market rates and who is selling what. We are not professional businessmen; we are just people who know how to grow things. We make mistakes with the paperwork sometimes, and the office isn't the cleanest, but we are doing our best. It’s a local thing for local people, trying to make a living. We just want to see everyone in our village get a bit more for their hard work.
