Jg Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Baban Pandurang Mane’s place, number 187, in Pangri. This is in the Shirur Kasar area. We don't have a storefront or a big sign out front. It’s more of a community thing where we gather around the house to talk about the work. We started this because the farmers around Pangri needed a way to work together. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours in the sun. We handle the agro side of things, mostly focusing on what grows best in our local soil. Baban’s house is where we keep the ledger and wait for the rainy season. Some of us have been farming since we were kids, so we know the land well. This company is just a way to put all that knowledge into one bucket. We don't use big words or have meetings in fancy boardrooms. Usually, it’s just sitting on the porch or under a tree discussing the price of fertilizer. We try to get things done without making a big scene. If the crops are good, we’re happy. If the rain stays away too long, we worry. That’s the life we have here. We’re just regular people from Shirur Kasar trying to make a living from the earth.
