Our place is out in the Florida Agriculture Industrial Estate, in a village called Ambi Phulgaon. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but there is plenty of room for what we do. Since we are JCB India, people usually expect to see big yellow machines, and that is exactly what is going on here. It is an industrial spot, so there is a lot of dust and the sound of engines most of the time. We are not into fancy office stuff. Most of our space is used for the equipment and the yard. The people who work here are mostly locals or folks who do not mind the quiet life of the village. We spend our days making sure the machinery is ready to go and that everything is moving along. It is heavy work, and it can be tiring when the weather is hot. We do not have a big corporate feel at this location. It is more about the practical side of keeping things running. We deal with a lot of different people, from farmers to construction guys. Everyone just wants their machines to work, and we try to help with that. It is a straightforward business out here in the estate. We do not make big promises, we just look at what needs doing and try to get it finished so the next machine can come in and the work continues.
