Jayesh Industry

We operate out of Pimpri, which is a busy place to be for any kind of industry work. Jayesh Industry has been running for a while now. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor dealing with whatever orders have come in for the week. It’s noisy and there is always something that needs oiling or fixing. We aren't a big corporation, just a small setup making sure things get made properly. The machines have their quirks, and you learn how to handle them over time. Some days are long, especially when we have a lot to get through before the weekend. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find us in our work clothes, covered in a bit of grease or dust. Pimpri is a good spot because everything you need is close by. If a part breaks, we can usually find a replacement down the road. It’s a practical way to live. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the raw materials and turn them into what’s needed. Sometimes the tea break is the best part of the morning. We sit around for ten minutes and then get back to it. It’s just how we work here. Nothing too complicated, just daily tasks and making sure the floor stays somewhat organized so nobody trips over anything. We've seen a lot of changes in the local industrial zone, but we just keep our heads down and work through the orders one by one.
