Our polytechnic is tucked away in Bibwewadi, specifically at Flat No B2 104 in Manmohan Park. It might seem like a bit of a strange spot for an office, but it works for what we need to do. Most of our days are spent handling paperwork for the technical courses and making sure the students have what they need for their labs. Pune is a big city for education, so staying on top of everything is a full-time job for the small team we have here. We deal with a lot of young people who are eager to learn skills that will actually get them a job in a factory or a workshop. It is practical stuff, not just sitting around reading theory all day. Sometimes the office gets crowded with files and students asking questions about their grades or upcoming practicals. We try to be helpful, even if we are a bit stressed when the deadlines get close. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels quite local and friendly. You see the same faces every day. We don't have fancy lobbies or big signs everywhere. It is just a straightforward place where we try to help people get through their technical training without too much trouble. We focus on the basics and try to make sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of paper and lists, but we get it done.
