Jay Employment Services Pvt Ltd is run out of an office in Narhegaon. We are located at Mr. B S Hawaldar’s place in Wadgaon (Bk), which is part of the Haveli taluka in Pune. It’s a local operation and we’ve been here for a long time. Our main job is helping people find work around the city. We spend many hours every day going through applications and talking to folks who walk in through the door. The office is a practical space. We don't have expensive furniture or big signs. It’s just a place to get work done. We know the Pune job market pretty well because we’ve lived here our whole lives. When someone needs a worker, they give us a call and we see who we have in our files. It’s a lot of checking references and making sure people have their documents ready. We don't use fancy words or talk about visions. We just try to be useful to the people in Narhegaon and the surrounding areas. Some days are slow and other days we can't even take a break for lunch. We just keep things moving as best as we can. It’s an honest business and we take it one day at a time without any fuss or corporate polish. We like the work because it keeps us connected to the community here in Maharashtra.
