Our office is located at Plot Number 20 in the Mangalwadi Society. If you know Senapati Bapat Road in Pune, you know it can be a really fast-paced part of town. Jay Employment Services Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. We help people find work and help companies find the right staff to fill their open spots. It is not a very complicated business model, but it takes a lot of time and talking to people to get it right. We spend our mornings going through resumes and our afternoons on the phone with various managers. Sometimes the office gets a little messy with all the files and folders we keep on the desks. We are over here in Pune-16, which is a good location because it is central to a lot of other businesses. The society itself is generally quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on matching a candidate to a specific job role. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, we just want to do right by the people who come to us looking for a start. It feels good when someone calls back to say they got the job. That is basically what keeps us coming here every day and putting in the hours. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well, which makes the work environment pretty relaxed most of the time.
