We are based in Pune, right in Shivaji Nagar at Varsha Apartment. Our specific spot is Flat No 6, 1009 7. Even though the name mentions Saudi Arabia, this is where we handle things on the ground here in India. Shivaji Nagar is a very central part of Pune, so it is convenient for getting around the city. The apartment is an older style building, which gives the office a bit of character. It is not one of those new glass towers you see in Hinjewadi. We have our office set up in the flat, and it works well for our small team. We spend most of our time on the phone or on our computers dealing with investments and paperwork. It can get a bit hectic when multiple things are happening at once, but we manage just fine. We have been in this location for a while now and the 411016 area feels like home. We do not have any fancy marketing materials or big mission statements on the walls. We just try to do the work properly and keep things simple. It is a quiet enough place to work, except for the usual Pune traffic sounds outside. We just show up every morning and get to it. That is how we operate here.
