Janta Hair Dresser

Janta Hair Dresser has been a part of this street for a long while now. We are located at Shop Jo.1 on Karve Nagar Road in Pune. It’s right there in the Karve Nagar-Hingne Budrukh area, so we get a lot of regulars who live nearby. The shop isn't anything too flashy, just a place for people to come in, sit down, and get their hair sorted out. We have our chairs set up and the mirrors are a bit old but they do the job just fine. Most days start pretty early because that’s when people like to get things done before they go off to work. We talk about the local news or whatever is happening on the road outside while we work. The 411052 pin code is home to us. It can get a little crowded on the weekends when everyone has some free time, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We don’t bother with all the modern salon gimmicks you see in the malls. It is just simple haircuts and shaves for the men around here. You will usually hear the sound of the traffic from Karve Nagar Road and the clinking of scissors all day long. We like being in this part of Pune. It feels like a real community where everyone knows where to find a reliable barber without making a big fuss about it. Just a regular shop for regular people.
