Laxmi Complex is where you can find us, right on the second floor in rooms 212 and 213. This part of Chinchwad East is always moving, especially since we are located right next to the Big Bazaar. Finding a place to park your bike or car can be a struggle, but that is part of the experience of working here. Our office is a functional area where we do all our architectural work. You will see rolls of blueprints leaning against the walls and the hum of the computers is constant. We have been in this building for quite a while, so we know most of our neighbors. It’s a mix of different offices and shops, which makes for an interesting atmosphere. We haven't spent much time on fancy decorations because we are usually too busy with the actual drawings. If a client comes by, we just move some papers and sit at the main table to talk. Chinchwad East has grown so much lately, and there are always new construction sites popping up around us. We keep our heads down and focus on the technical details of the projects we are given. It is a straightforward job, and we enjoy the process of seeing a drawing turn into a real building. We don’t have a big corporate structure, just a small group of us getting the work done. It gets pretty hectic sometimes, but that is how we like it.
