Jairaj Kalsy

Jairaj Kalsy is located in Wanowarie 2. It’s a part of the city that has grown a lot lately, but our spot stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a massive team or a huge office block. It’s more of a personal setup where we handle our daily business. Working out of Wanowarie is good because everything you need is just a short walk away. The office itself is quite simple. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of stationery that always seems to go missing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on the tasks we have each day and try to get them finished before the sun goes down. Most of our work involves a lot of reading and writing, so it stays fairly quiet inside unless we’re having a tea break. The neighborhood has a lot of trees, which makes the walk to the office pleasant in the mornings. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us by name. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just do what we do and try to be fair with everyone who comes through the door. There’s no marketing team here, just us doing the actual work. It feels right to keep things small and manageable. If you’re ever in the Wanowarie 2 area, you’ll probably find us at our desks working away.
