Jaint Surveyors

Being at 109 A in Kondhwa Khurd means we see a lot of the changes happening around here. Jaint Surveyors is basically a small team that spends more time outside than inside the office. We carry our tripods and measuring gear to various sites around Juhapura and the surrounding areas. It is physical work, and the sun can be quite brutal in the afternoons. When we are back at the office, it is mostly about looking at data and trying to make sense of the lines on the paper. The office itself is pretty simple, with a few old computers and maps pinned to the walls. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just do the job and move to the next site. Sometimes people walk in off the street asking questions about their property boundaries, and we try to help them out. It can get a bit disorganized with all the blueprints lying around, but we know where everything is. We have been doing this for a long time, so we know the local land pretty well. The traffic in Kondhwa Khurd is always a mess, so we try to leave early in the morning to get to our appointments on time. It is just basic work, checking levels and making sure the numbers are right before the builders start their part of the project.
