You will find us at Shop No. 09 in Suraj Nagar, inside the Sai Business Court. It is a tidy little spot where we handle our trading business. The court stays pretty active with different shops all around us, so there is always someone walking by. Our shop is mostly filled with ledgers, samples, and whatever stock we are moving that week. It isn't a huge space, but we make it work. We start the day by sweeping out the front and checking our lists. Most of our work involves talking to suppliers and making sure things get delivered where they are supposed to go. We deal with a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us since we opened up in Suraj Nagar. It is a straightforward way to make a living. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us in the shop, answering the phone and writing out receipts. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we clear it out soon enough. The atmosphere is just normal—low-key and focused on the day's trades. We like being part of the business court. It feels like we are part of a small community of shopkeepers all trying to get through the work week. There is always someone popping in for a quick word or to check on a delivery. It keeps us on our toes while we get the jobs done.
