Jai Santaji Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are Jai Santaji Farmer Producer Company Limited, and we work out of No 25 in Khajaya Nagar, Gangapur. This is Gopal Harichand Rauth’s place, and it serves as our main hub for everything we do. Gangapur is a busy enough area, and being in Khajaya Nagar puts us right where we need to be. We spend a lot of time talking to people who come by with questions about their crops or the market. It is not always easy work, and sometimes we stay late just to finish up the day’s tasks. The office is simple, with just enough chairs for everyone to sit down when we have a meeting. We do not use big words or have complicated rules. We just talk like normal people and try to solve problems as they come up. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet for hours. We take it as it comes. Most of us grew up around here, so we understand the challenges that come with farming in this region. We are not some big company from the city; we are just your neighbors at house number 25. There is always a bit of dust on the floor from people walking in from the fields, but we don't mind. It shows that work is getting done. We just keep our heads down and keep going, making sure the farmers have what they need. It is a living.
